Andy is an experienced lawyer for innovative companies and entrepreneurs, specializing in M&A, VC and IPO. Andy is a Principal Product Manager at Cooley AI, building tech-enabled legal products for Cooley LLP’s private companies group.

Throughout my career, I have advised clients on M&A, VC and IPO transactions valued in the billions of dollars. Before joining Cooley in September 2026, I was Senior Innovation Counsel at Ashurst Perkins Coie since March 2020, a partner in the corporate/securities practice at Summit Law Group from 2012 to 2020, and before that I was a corporate associate in the Seattle office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati.
