Andy is an experienced lawyer for innovative companies and entrepreneurs, specializing in M&A, VC and IPO. Andy is Senior Innovation Counsel at Perkins Coie LLP, helping our Emerging Company / Venture Capital practice leverage technology to better serve our clients.
Throughout my career, I have advised clients on M&A, VC and IPO transactions valued in the billions of dollars. Before joining Perkins Coie in March 2020, I was a partner in the corporate/securities practice at Summit Law Group from 2012 to 2020, and before that I was a corporate associate in the Seattle office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati.
